One great thing that I did this week (other than filing my taxes, whooo hoo!) was not let the Etsy seller "strike" distract me from my goals. What To Do About Etsy's April Transaction Fee Update from 5% to 6.5%
Etsy held their Q4 2021 earnings call at the end of February and during the call Etsy announced that they would be raising seller transaction fees from 5% to 6.5% on April 11, 2022, despite record-breaking sales gains, attributed mostly to pandemic spending. You can read Etsy SEO Josh Silverman's announcement but before you work yourself up over this news, take a deep breath because it's not the end of the world!
